This beautiful residential complex, located in the quiet area of Bonanova, has six elegant homes that offer us an architecture of refined lines and prime materials, within which we had the opportunity to design the kitchen and utility rooms.

Our signature brand, Cocinart, was entrusted to create both the kitchens and the utility rooms. A brand renowned for the quality of its materials, accompanied by modern technology applied to the world of designer kitchens.
Each home’s kitchen provides a space that opens onto a dining room, with columns on either side and a central island that makes the most of the composition, bringing an atmosphere of spectacular expanse. Each kitchen reflects the quality of the selected materials, which include certified wood, as well as appliances from the respected brand Miele.
Meanwhile, as home design specialists, we had the opportunity to carry out the interior design of one of the homes. For this, we used several pieces by local artisans, together with works of art curated in collaboration with Aba Art Lab, bringing our elegant Mediterranean touch to each room within the home.
