Once again, we collaborate with Bacco Properties for a new interior design project. This project centers around four apartments situated in La Lonja, one of the most attractive districts in the old town of Palma.

Distributed over 254m2, these homes consist of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen, lounge, dining room and utility room. The frontline location affords residents views over palm trees all the way down to the harbor.
The bedrooms are all doubles, complete with built-in closets. Two bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms; the remaining two come with a separate bathroom.
The industrial-style Cocinart brand kitchen, dining room and open-plan living room feature a simple, minimalist design. Low-profile cabinets enable the kitchen to blend in with the surrounding décor, while large windows and floor-to-ceiling glass doors let in natural light.
The closets are Molteni&C's Gliss Master – the sophisticated doorless version – which become an accessorized walk-in closet system that can be set up for linear and corner solutions. Meanwhile, the bathrooms consist of Agape Nudo LED mirrors with vertical side-by-side placement, to create a wide and luminous composition.
